Jacques Fournier
V.P. of Customer Solutions Development

Jacques Fournier serves as VERSA’s Vice President of Customer Solutions Development. In this role, Mr. Fournier leverages nine years of military service and twenty-two years of commercial and public-sector experience to oversee VERSA’s sales cycle, develop cost-efficient price proposals for our customers and coordinate with potential customers, partners, product vendors and internal VERSA resources to define and deliver IT solutions that exceed customer expectations.

A United States Army veteran, Mr. Fournier began his technical career by providing critical communications installation and COMSEC maintenance support to several military and civilian counter intelligence agencies including the White House Communications Agency (WHCA), the Secret Service and the East Coast Telecommunications Relay Station.

Following his military service Mr. Fournier supported the U.S. Department of State where he provided oversight of voice, video, and data communications projects for over 300 embassies throughout the world. Mr. Fournier also served as a contract management consultant to the Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO) after 9/11 and helped the agency improve contract performance for two strategic Bio-Terrorism Defense systems with a focus on configuration management, quality management and contractor management. Mr. Fournier has proven sales, management and technical experience within the commercial and public sector, working for corporations like Visa International, Bolt Banerek & Newman (BBN), Unisys Federal, Dell Services Federal Government, SRA International and CCSI.

Mr. Fournier holds Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundations, and multiple technical certifications. He also serves as a member of VERSA’s CMMI Audit Team.
