GLENN ROGERS
Chief Operating Officer
E. Glenn Rogers serves as Chief Operations Officer for VERSA Integrated Solutions, Inc. where he oversees efforts to drive business growth, account management and strategy. Glenn works closely with the CEO and President of VERSA Integrated Solutions to execute the company vision, review and enhance company procedures and ensures that resources are available to support the multiple programs and back office operations. Glenn creates and fosters strategic relations with companies and federal agencies as part of VERSA’s growth plan while driving VERSA into new markets and customer bases. Glenn is responsible for measuring and reporting on VERSA’s operational performance and develops plans to improve relevant key performance indicators on our program engagements.

He previously served as the Vice President, Health IT Solutions for L-3 National Security Solutions where he managed a portfolio of $150m supporting the state of Oklahoma, Veterans Affairs Association, Health & Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Army, The Defense Health and the Defense Threat Reduction Agencies. Having served in the federal government for 20 years, Glenn is considered a trusted advisor to Senior Executives in the Federal Government and is well respected in Industry as a former Federal Executive.

Glenn also served 10 years as the Deputy Chief Information Officer (Acting CIO for 5 years) at the U.S. Food & Drug Administration where he managed day-to-day operational activities within the Office of the Chief Information Officer to include information security, approving agency IT purchase requests ($400 million/year), personnel requests, Records Management, Paperwork Reduction Act, Capital Planning and Project Management. He managed a staff of 400 government employees and 300 contractors dispersed throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan area and field Regional Offices including Puerto Rico. Prior to FDA, Glenn worked in the U.S. Forest Service in several positions before leaving as the Division Director for Infrastructure in the Washington Office.

After leaving federal service in 2007, Glenn worked at Unisys Corporation as the Managing Director for the Health & Human Services/Veterans Affairs Account. Managed a $60m P&L and provided executive leadership to the Program Managers to review SLA performance, manage costs, and ensure profitability for the overall accounts.

Glenn holds an Associate of Science degree in mathematics and a Bachelor of Science degree in computer information systems management from Florida A&M University. He has received awards of excellence including the FDA Commissioner’s Distinguish Service and the HHS Secretary Distinguish Service Awards.
